I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my work with individual clients. IFS is a holistic attachment-based treatment approach that emphasizes the natural multiplicity of the mind. It focuses on healing internal emotional parts within each individual’s mental system and helps to achieve emotional balance. As an IFS-informed therapist, I help my clients discover their strength and inner wisdom, find personal fulfillment, build stronger relationships, and overcome adversity. I strive to help people see that they are separate from their problems and create a treatment environment where they can discover their path to wholeness, joy, and peace.
