About Lana

I'm a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist with over ten years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Expressive Arts Therapy, Family Constellations, and Reiki.
I have a diverse cultural and educational background. My experiences with immigration and disability in my family have shown me the profound healing power of emotional connections, as well as the strength we can find in nature and within ourselves. As a Slavic American, I deeply appreciate the richness and the generational wisdom of different cultures.
In my work, I use an attachment-based treatment models and integrate various holistic techniques to meet the unique needs of each person and couple. I find it deeply fulfilling to help my clients create meaningful changes in their lives and relationships, and I would be honored to support you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
