I’m Lana, a dedicated therapist committed to helping couples and individuals build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships.
I bring a compassionate, structured, client-centered approach to counseling that will help you learn practical relational techniques, break negative interaction patterns, foster intimacy, and create meaningful, lasting change. When working with my clients, I take a holistic perspective, considering emotional and physical health, cultural connection, and spiritual well-being. My advanced training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Expressive Therapy, Mindfullness, and Energy Healing Practices. |
