I am dedicated to fostering therapeutic relationships that are free from judgment and filled with understanding and respect. I use attachment-based treatment methods, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), as well as body-centered interventions and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to create an environment where my clients can find emotional security, rediscover hope and life-purpose, and enhance their self-esteem and confidence. I attend to their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, assisting them in finding meaningful connections and balance in their lives.

Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) is the evidence-based therapy that fosters emotional connection and values our need to be known and loved for who we are.
EFT helps heal attachment injuries, create secure connections, and renew feelings of confidence, love, and trust. The therapeutic goal of EFT is to change the negative relational cycle so that a new pattern of interaction can emerge where clients can respond to stressful situations in a loving, constructive, and emotionally attuned ways. EFT helps deepen intimacy, heal from relationship injuries, including infidelities, and cope with life’s challenges. |

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my work with individual clients. IFS is a holistic attachment-based treatment approach that emphasizes the natural multiplicity of the mind. It focuses on healing internal emotional parts within each individual’s mental system and helps to achieve emotional balance. As an IFS-informed therapist, I help my clients discover their strength and inner wisdom, find personal fulfillment, build stronger relationships, and overcome adversity. I strive to help people see that they are separate from their problems and create a treatment environment where they can discover their path to wholeness, joy, and peace.

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. If you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits (PPO plan), you can receive reimbursement from your insurance for part of the session fee. I will provide you with invoices for your insurance company. However, you are responsible for the full cost of the session at the time of the visit.

Once we have scheduled your first appointment, I will send you a link to my intake paperwork located on the HIPPA protected portal. Couples therapy intake consists of 3 sessions: one couples session and one individual session with each partner. This type of assessment helps to understand better attachment patterns that shape relational dynamics in the family.
