I am a compassionate psychotherapist with in-depth experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy, and use various holistic treatment techniques in my practice. True healing and recovery happens when we are able to fulfill our physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and find balance and harmony. Healing resembles a bridge that connects us with our true selves, and my role as a therapist is to help you build that bridge, heal past wounds, find joy and self-confidence.
